Dr. Chris Harben has been working with business and individual clients for almost 20 years. He has a passion for the "people" element of Strategic Planning and Leadership development.  He holds a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Leadership with an emphasis on Leadership Coaching and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. He also earned a Certificate in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership from Case Western Reserve University.

He has taught Strategy at the University level both in the US and internationally. Currently, he is an Associate Teaching Professor at Penn State Erie, the Black School of Business. He also serves as the Academic Director of the Center for Family Business at Penn State Erie and is the Henry J. and Alisa J. Toudy Chair of Entrepreneurship and Family Business.

Chris leads a team of experts each with their own specific area of focus including Strategy, Leadership, and Ethics.

Leadership Coaching

An opportunity for a "deeper dive" into personalized Leadership Improvement.

Chris will meet one on one with participants for coaching sessions of 30 min or 1 hour.  Available on an as-needed basis or part of a greater team-development program.

Clients have used these sessions to improve time mangement, prioritization, goal setting/achievement, work/life satisfaction, and personal growth.
