Group Leadership Workshop
Our most popular Leadership Development offering. 10 hours of training delivered in five, 2 hour sessions.

This program develops a skill that dramatically improves the leadership effectiveness of participants no matter what their personality style is.

The workshop is delivered in an energetic, engaging, and interactive format. A common comment from participants is that they are surprised how fast each session goes!

A workshop can be created for up to 20 participants. Ideally it is presented over a period of 5 weeks with one, 2 hour meeting each week at your location.
Leadership Coaching
One on one coaching is the most effective way of improving leadership ability. Through coaching, you gain understanding and perspective of yourself and your situation. This leads to more effective decision making, calmer management style, strengthened relationships, improved time-management skills, and improved organizational performance.

360 Leadership Competency Assessment
"360" assessments are an excellent way to gain improved self-awareness which is critical to improving leadership ability.

Our 360 assessment forcuses on specific Leadership Competencies. Unlike most other 360 assessments, our tool considers both how well you perform in a competence as well as how important that competency is to your particular role. We then can point you to the specific areas that your should focus on first in order to improve your skill.

Employment/Promotion Leadership Assessment
This is a unique service of our firm.

Hiring or promoting someone to a leadership position within your organization can be daunting. The decision can have a significant impact on success.
​
We offer a "Leadership Assessment Interview" service to help you with this decision. We meet with the candidate and conduct an "interview" that is specifically geared toward their current or potential leadership ability. We then provide a report back to you with our findings relative to the candidates current skiil, potential for development, and any areas for concern.
